Lecture Series and Fitness Training Program



To help women experience the freedom good health can provide, Cooper Aerobics Center at Craig Ranch is offering a women's health lecture series and a four-week Cooper Woman fitness training program.

Cooper Woman Lectures
Sept. 29 Cindy Kleckner, R.D., L.D. Mid-Life Weight Gain
Oct. 20 Gail Lebovic, M.D., F.A.C.S. Breast Health
Dec. 1 Rick Wilson, M.D. Cosmetic Dermatology and Cellulite Treatments

The lectures are free to the public.

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Cooper Woman Fitness Training Program

Designed specifically for women, the Cooper Woman fitness training program includes:

  • 8 semi-private group sessions with a certified personal trainer (2 per week for 4 weeks);
    sessions incorporate a variety of training from Kinesis to Aqualogix
  • Individual functional fitness assessment
  • One-on-one consultation with a personal trainer to determine short-term goals
Participants can choose to attend their twice-a-week classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at
1 p.m. or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.

Program Fee
Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch members – $280
Non-members – $440
