55-Plus Programs


Cooper Classics offers specialized activities for anyone 55 and older, including supervised exercise classes, lower intensity strengthening and stretching classes, basic aerobic dance, and light calisthenics.

Social events include monthly luncheons, dinners, birthday celebrations, and a variety of excursions around the metroplex.
