Cooper Ventures can provide periodic on-site program audits – bimonthly, quarterly, or biannually. Program evaluations and recommendations can focus on a variety of areas including staffing, facilities, operating procedures, training, protocols, program offerings, evaluation, and marketing/promotions. A written evaluation will be provided including a brief summary of findings and recommendations for continued improvement. |
