- What percentage of participants have a Comprehensive Physical Exam?

- What does a participant do if he/she does not have a physical exam?
Participates in a personal fitness assessment administered by a personal trainer at Cooper Fitness Center.
- Is a physical exam at Cooper Clinic required to attend the program?
No, but highly recommended. (Please note that a man 40 and over or a woman 50 and over must have had a treadmill stress test within one year of attending Cooper Wellness Program.)
- Does Cooper Wellness Program offer corporate programs?
Yes
- Are these the same as a regular program?
Not exactly. These programs are customized and range from one-hour workshops/lectures to three-day customized Wellness Programs. Some companies/organizations split their time between strategic planning and wellness; others choose all wellness activities. The Cooper Wellness Program marketing director arranges lodging, meals, and activities, selected from more than 30 workshop options.
