Cooper Wellness Program is offered as a four-, six-, or 13-day package. Special-interest programs are also offered. While all arrangements are conveniently made through Cooper Wellness Program, the medical examination, accommodations at Cooper Guest Lodge, spa services, and private lessons are optional and priced separately.

| Medical Cost |
To participate in Cooper Wellness Program, men over 40 and women over 50 must provide a medical report with clearance to exercise from a Cooper Clinic physician or their personal physician. Cooper Clinic examinations are based on individual needs, but here are some sample exam packages. |
